Sa\u011fl\u0131k Personelleri, 9 Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in performans sisteminin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik 5 g\u00fcn grevde olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu ak\u015fam saat 21.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k bakan\u0131 recep Akda\u011f ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek talepleri kabul edildi.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede, asistan hekimlerin, daha \u00f6nce de duyurulan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki talepleri yeniden aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Asistan Hekim \u00fccretlerinin performanstan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, e\u015fit, adil, g\u00fcvenceli ve i\u015fbar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bozmayacak \u015fekilde yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi.<\/p>\n

Akda\u011f, asistan hekim \u00fccretlerinin performanstan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z e\u015fit ve i\u015f bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bozmayacak bi\u00e7imde d\u00fczenlenmesi konusunda; d\u00f6ner sermaye \u00f6demelerinin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n hastane \u00f6demelerinden, yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da klinik performanstan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 \u00f6nerisini getirdi.<\/p>\n

Mesai saatlerine uyulup uyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n denetlenmesi, asistan hekimlere akademik izin kulland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00fccretsiz kongre ve kitap deste\u011fi, asistan hekimlerin hocalar hakk\u0131nda geri bildirimde bulunmas\u0131, kurumlarda resmi asistan hekim temsilcilikleri ve bu ki\u015filerin se\u00e7imle belirlenmesi ve yabanc\u0131 uyruklu asistan hekimlerin \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131nda ve \u00fccretlerinde iyile\u015ftirme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 talepleri kabul edildi.<\/p>\n

Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakan\u0131 Akda\u011f, yar\u0131ndan itibaren bizzat gerekeni yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc verdi.<\/p>\n

Asistan hekimlerin sadece 9 Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi’ne \u00f6zg\u00fc olarak dile getirdikleri talepler de kabul edildi. Bu s\u00fcrece kat\u0131lan sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n herhangi bir cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131ma maruz kalmamas\u0131; asistan hekimlerin ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 i\u00e7in komisyonlar kurulmas\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n i\u015flerli\u011finin olmas\u0131; mesai saatleri, n\u00f6bet ertesi izin hakk\u0131, t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n hak oldu\u011funun kabulu, e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 ve t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n bu komisyonlarda tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131; 9 Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesi’ne \u00f6zg\u00fc olarak y\u00fczde 40-50 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fen asistan hekim \u00fccretlerinin d\u00fczeltilmesi ve bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fanan kay\u0131plar\u0131n giderilmesi; performans sisteminin \u00fcniversiteler i\u00e7in uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumunun Y\u00d6K’e bildirilmesi talepleri de kabul edildi.
