Emsal yaratacak olan Yarg\u0131tay\u2019dan geldi. 1479 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna 4956 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunla eklenen ge\u00e7ici 18. madde gere\u011fince sigortal\u0131l\u0131k niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 halde 04 Ekim 2000 tarihine kadar kay\u0131t ve tescilini yapt\u0131rmam\u0131\u015f olan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n sigortal\u0131k hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri 04 Ekim 2000 tarihinden itibaren ba\u015flar. S\u00f6z konusu h\u00fck\u00fcm gere\u011fince, 04 Ekim 2000 tarihinden \u00f6nce sigortal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Kuruma ba\u015fvurmayanlar\u0131n, sigortal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Kuruma ba\u015fvurmayanlar\u0131n sigortal\u0131k ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihleri 04 Ekim 2000 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
