Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 20 puan ceza uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesi sonucunda aile hekimleri i\u015fsiz kalacak. N\u00f6betlerine gelmeyen aile hekimlerinden dolay\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri feshedilerek i\u015fsiz kalmalar\u0131na sebep olacak bir a\u00e7\u0131k olu\u015fturuldu. Bu durumda s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi feshedilen aile hekimleri g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Sorumluluk ve g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirmeyen aile hekimleri i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k\u0131 bir denetim olu\u015ftu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Girginer, AHEF\u2019te \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u015eu anda \u00fclkenin 15.000 aile hekimine ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu herkes taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen bir ger\u00e7ekken, uygulamada \u00f6zveri ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan aile hekimlerinin g\u00f6revlerine son vermek i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ceza puanlar\u0131 ile \u00fczerlerinde bask\u0131 kurmak ne kadar ger\u00e7ek\u00e7idir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczde ki 2-3 ay i\u00e7inde aile hekimli\u011finde at\u0131lan 5000 aile hekimi ile aile hekimli\u011fi uygulamas\u0131 ileriye de\u011fil geriye gidecektir. Bunun sorumlusu da n\u00f6bet karar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi Ceza puanlar\u0131n\u0131n da art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar veren Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece Sa\u011fl\u0131kta D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Program\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli aya\u011f\u0131 Aile Hekimli\u011fi Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimi ile sona erip Eski Sa\u011fl\u0131k Oca\u011f\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yolu h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu. 20 Ceza puan\u0131 \u00fczerinden kurulacak bask\u0131 ile aile hekimli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n n\u00f6bete gitmesini sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n halk\u0131n yarar\u0131na yapaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli stratejileri olmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemekte vatanda\u015flar\u0131n hakk\u0131d\u0131r. Her zaman kendi hastalar\u0131n\u0131n ve vatanda\u015f\u0131n yan\u0131nda olan sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ile birebir ilgilenen Aile Hekimini i\u015finden etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, Aile Hekimli\u011finden memnun olan vatanda\u015f\u0131n da verecek bir yan\u0131t\u0131 mutlaka olacakt\u0131r. Aile Hekimleri Dernekleri Federasyonu olarak Aile Hekimli\u011fini bitirecek her uygulamaya kar\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz gibi yeni yay\u0131nlanan y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kabul etmedi\u011fimizi, Aile Hekimlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerine kulak asmayan ve Aile Hekimlerine ra\u011fmen y\u00f6netmelik \u00e7\u0131kartan Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakan\u0131na hakk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 helal etmedi\u011fimizi kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131r\u0131z\u201d s\u00f6zleri ile ifade etti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
