Ankara\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli meydan\u0131 olan Tando\u011fan siyasi mitingler ve eylemlere ev sahipli\u011fi yapmaktayd\u0131. \u015eehrin sembol meydanlar\u0131ndan olan Tando\u011fan Meydan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ad\u0131 \u201cAnadolu Meydan\u0131\u201d olarak de\u011fi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Meydan ad\u0131n\u0131 eski Ankara Valisi Nevzat Tando\u011fan\u2019dan al\u0131yordu. Meydan\u0131n ismi Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi\u2019nde 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015fti. Nevzat ismi kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra 3 y\u0131l sonra Anadolu Meydan\u0131 olarak tamamen de\u011fi\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Nevzat Tando\u011fan Kimdir?<\/strong>
\n1929 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara Valili\u011fi\u2019ne atanan memurdu. Ankara Belediye Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini 18 y\u0131l boyunca y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Valilik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde halk ve kendi istekleri do\u011frultusunda yaz\u0131 yazmayan yay\u0131n kurulu\u015flar\u0131na bask\u0131 kurmu\u015ftu. O d\u00f6nemlerde ak\u0131llarda kalan s\u00f6z\u00fc \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye kom\u00fcnizm laz\u0131msa onu da biz getirirz.\u201d Oldu.<\/p>\n

1945 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara\u2019da i\u015flenen cinayetin \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtbas etmekten su\u00e7land\u0131.
